I believe in improving people's experiences of the world. User-centred design is a process I use to identify the right problem to solve and to validate solutions.
User research is the approach I take to designing products and services with measurable results. I produce defensible qualitative research and usability metrics with statistical rigour. I communicate design recommendations that fluently translate customer insight into technical implementation.
Experience
Five years of experience specialising in user experience has exposed me to a range of clientele. Presently I work in professional services with one of Australia’s largest customer-centred design firms. My key clientele are in financial services, transportation and health services.
